Each Author of an article accepted for publication must send to the editors of the journal a completed and signed License Agreement on the transfer of non-exclusive rights to use the work. In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, an article can be published only if there are signed License Agreements with all Authors of the article.
The license agreement is submitted in the form of a scanned document by email to the address iipr.isa@mail.ru or in paper form (2 copies) by mail to the address - 117312 Moscow, 60 Letiya Oktyabrya Avenue, 9, room 512.
